Wagner College basketball head coach Bashir Mason is a wanted man!

Mason, who is the nation's youngest Division I men's basketball coach at 30, was recently interviewed by SLAM Magazine on the topic of leadership in a video series that was sponsored by the US Army.

In the interview, Mason said how he had to help take care of his family and how he matured at a young age. He also noted how basketball kept him focused on his goals.

Mason, a Jersey City, N.J., has accrued a career record of 38-24 in just two seasons with the Seahawks.

The 38 wins match Dan Hurley's school-record for the most by a second-year coach while his 19 as a rookie in 2012-2013 represent the most by a first-year coach on Grymes Hill.
