Olympic diver Greg Louganis broke records and won hearts in the 1984 and 1988 Olympics. The gold medalist also broke ground when he came out publicly at Gay Games IV in 1994 and published his best-selling memoir Breaking the Surface. As GG9 prepares to get under way, Louganis and Cleveland Foundation President and CEO Ronn Richard discuss the power of embracing differences and diversity.
