Man Critical Following Kensington Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man is in critical condition after he was shot twice Saturday night in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.

This happened just before 9 p.m. on the 2900 block of Rutledge Street.

Police say the 22-year-old victim was shot twice in his left leg. He was taken to Temple Hospital by police where he remains critical.

The victim is also being held by police, who recovered a gun from him.

No other arrests have been made at this time.
