- 1 1/2 cups white beans, drained, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces ounces cream cheese, softened, softened

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup canned corn
- 1/4 cup diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup diced red bell peppers, divided, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives, plus more for garnish, plus more for garnish
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella, divided, divided
- 1 cup shredded sharp white cheddar cheese, divided, divided
- 1/3 cup salsa verde
Steps
