I was a little concerned re' sending the scrap gold through the post & also the online process but to state that I am impressed is to put it mildly. The item were despatched at 2-40pm....by 5.30pm the following day the money was in my account!! I must add that prior to the money being lodged into my account I received a telephone call from a lady from UKSG....Very friendly, polite and efficient. Moreover, the amount offered exceeded the amount expected and clearly they had discovered a larger amount of 18ct than I had declared. Proves integrity!! Absolutely outstanding service. Thank you.
