You know the feeling of Farmer's Market-Induced Indecision (FMII): You wander from tent to tent, gawking at the beautiful produce, cheese, and meat, but you can't pull the freaking trigger. Some people get whatever looks best and, Chopped-style, fix a magnificent meal out of their seasonal odds and ends. We mortals need a little guidance to overcome FMII, lest we end up in a total panic, taunted by piles of raw kohlrabi and rhubarb.
So we asked chef Jeff Cerciello of Farmshop, a farmer's market-driven restaurant in Santa Monica, to guide us through the local produce abyss. And he delivered, with six meals you'll go back to all summer long.
