Great slide! I love my background music and a cup of coffee or tea when I work.
An ergonomic office set up. I was having such a hard time being productive recently and when it was recommended that I changed my desk and chair, not only did my back pain vanish, my productivity and comfort significantly increased.
That’s a great point and definitely something we don’t think about enough. Sometimes we’ll catch ourselves completely hunched over the computer mid-day!
A super supportive husband DOES count! If it weren’t for mine, I would be lost. We try to support each other in every challenge we each encounter in life whether it is business or personal support.
This post was written a while ago, but it still means so much today as it did when this was first written, it is important to not get too caught up in the daily ins and outs of life and to make time to stop working and get back to family ♥
