Huntsville police investigator on leave after being charged with domestic violence

HUNTSVILLE, Alabama -- Huntsville police say one of their officers is on administrative leave after being charged with domestic violence.

Capt. JesHenry Malone confirmed investigator Timothy Keith Wallace was arrested on June 9 and was released on bond the same day. He has since been placed on administrative leave.

Police could not provide further details because this is an ongoing investigation.
