Dressing:

 

1 cup

Mayonnaise Type Salad Dressing

2 Tbsp

Honey or sugar

2 Tbsp

Red Wine Vinegar

½ tsp

Salt

¼ tsp

Pepper

 

 

Salad:

 

5 cups

Broccoli Florets, Cut Into Tiny Pieces, (Steamed Lightly and Cooled)

½ cup

Finely Chopped Red Onion

1 cup

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup

Unsalted Sunflower Seeds

½ cup

Dried Cranberries

Dressing:  In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing until smooth.

Salad:    In a medium saucepan, add broccoli to a small amount of boiling water.  Cook for about 3 minutes, just to soften slightly.  Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.  Add broccoli to a medium mixing bowl and mix in the onion, cheese, seeds and cranberries.  Add dressing and stir together
