Cranberry Walnut Coleslaw

Serves 12

5 cups green cabbage, shredded

1/3 cup walnuts, chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped

1/4 cup onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup red pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup dried cranberries

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1/8 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons honey mustard

5 tablespoons honey

1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, walnuts, celery, onion, red pepper, cranberries, pepper and salt.

2. Add honey mustard and honey, then toss to combine. Refrigerate for 4 to 24 hours before serving.
