We’re looking for a Lead Designer who can lead and manage our design team and all design-related projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing a strong design team.
- Lead and manage the design team.
- Establish and manage quality expectations of design team.
- Lead and manage all design-related projects.
- Establish and manage the scope of work for all design-related projects.
- Work closely with Brand Architect to ensure consistent, high-quality design work.
Skill Qualifications

At least two years of experience in design, specializing in identity, packaging and web.

At least one year of experience working for or within an agency as a freelancer or an employee.

Prior experience in a lead/senior design role.

An online portfolio of work.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Able to develop high-quality design for identity, packaging, and web.
