ISM PhD alumnus Laurent Yacoub co-authored an article titled “How do hotels in developing countries manage the impact of COVID-19? The case of Lebanese hotels” in the Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management. With few researchers naming COVID-19 as a crisis, this paper serves to uncover effective crisis management measures. Overall, the paper aims to be a guide for the recovery and revival of the hospitality industry after a pandemic.
