We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our IPS site in St Helens, on a full time and permanent basis. 

Shifts: 0600-1400, 1400-2200, 2200-0600 - Monday to Friday

Salary: £11.43 per hour

• Ensure deliveries are booked in.
• Ensure vehicles are booked in and out on the traffic sheet in a timely manner.
• Checking goods in and finished goods out of the Warehouse
• Ensure finished products are checked and are booked on both the WMS systems SAP and SAGE.
• Working with the FLT drivers to establish what loads are to be taken 
• Ensure office telephone and emails are manned and enquires from both internal and external customer are dealt with.
• Ensure that all stock is assigned correctly by using the WMS system.
• Assist in any other duties such as cleaning and sweeping when required.
• Ensure that any issues are highlighted to the Warehouse management team.
• Record all stock movements within the Warehouse
• Participate in regular PI counts/ad hoc stock checks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Ensure that the pallet reconciliation spreadsheet is up to date and accurate.
• Ensure all relevant information is shared at shift handover.
• Any other duties that may be required by the business.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced customer driven environment.
• Previous knowledge in warehouse functions
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Good attitude towards team work and continuous improvement.
