The Audi S5 Sportback has benefited greatly from the 2018 model year redesign. The chassis body is distinctive and easily recognizable, while also harkening back to the Audi Quattro upon which it is based. The Sportback features a lowered and elongated hood that is both shaped by and highlights the coupe’s impressive V6 engine. The hood is finished with a beautifully contrasting flat Singleframe® grille that transitions into defined wave-design shoulder lines. Widened wheel arches, carefully shaped three-dimension taillights, and rear horizontal design lines complete the package to give the coupe a visage of refined power.

But the Sportback is not just visually powerful, it features a 354 horsepower, 368 lb-ft. of torque, 3.0-liter TSFI V6 engine capable of propelling the car from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds and achieving a maximum speed of 155 mph. Meaning that the 2018 Sportback is the highest performance vehicle in its class. The segment-leading engine works in tandem with standard quattro® all-wheel drive, which dynamically distributes force to both axles to guarantee a safe and secure drive. The interior includes standard seating for five, refined cosmetic details such as the new decorative inlay trim, eight-way powered front seating with heating and massage capabilities, and advanced driver assistance systems.

Given its unique design, impressive performance, and driver-focused interior, both enthusiasts and those unfamiliar with the brand’s offerings will be able to easily see the value of Audi’s latest coupe. The 2018 S5 Sportback starts at $42,600 and will be available in dealerships this spring.
