About the Owner:
I’m a bit of a fragrance nerd. I grew up admiring my grandmother’s perfume collection, saved up my allowance for when the Avon lady came to our house, and saved every perfume sample I was ever given in department stores because I loved the packaging and the scents, which I hoped to figure out a way to make it last forever. Other girls bought clothes or records, I bought perfume, makeup, bubble bath, and skin care products.

Once upon a time I worked in the cosmetic and fragrance industry. I’m fascinated with the role fragrance has played in history and I wanted to understand how our sense of smell actually works, so I read and studied more. I also collect vintage perfumes and bottles.

Alchemist’s Wife allows me to fuse my passion and creativity together to produce gentle body care products: soaps, lotions, skin care, bath products, and fragrances that soothe the body, mind, and soul.
