Man rushed to hospital in Camden with gunshot wound

CAMDEN (WPVI) -- Police say a man in his 20's was rushed to the hospital in Camden, New Jersey with a gunshot wound to his back early Wednesday morning.

The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. near 10th and Sheridan Streets.

The bullet pierced his ribs as it traveled to his back, police say.

He is listed in serious but stable condition.

So far, there is no word on arrests or a motive for the shooting.
