Dyslexia Unravelled

Every year we like to push our limits and innovate how we reach out to people to raise awareness about Dyslexia and other Learning Disabilities. This time during the World Dyslexia Awareness Week, we conducted week-long on-ground events, partnering with schools and other organizations, to reach out and spread the message. The response and impact that resulted were beyond anything we had imagined.

We are happy to share all about our special activities conducted during the World Dyslexia Awareness Week and lot more that’s been happening at our centres.

A week where the entire team at MDA along with partner organizations, schools, volunteers came together to reach out to over 50000 people across the country to spread awareness about Dyslexia and other Learning Disabilities.

Our two day workshop on The Strategies For Learning Programme: Reading Comprehension saw full attendance from both parents as well as teachers. The use of these strategies have proven highly effective and continue to remain one of our most popular workshops.

Annual Report 2017-18

After over 20 years of advocacy, the year 2017 has been a landmark one where Dyslexia has finally been acknowledged as a condition that can have a considerably negative impact on the affected students.

Despite the glitches, we continue to look forward and stay focused on spreading awareness and improving the general understanding about Dyslexia and other Learning Disabilities.
