When do End of the Year orders need to be sent?


The award date for Delivery Orders made against SEWP contracts is the date the order is signed by the Issuing Agency’s Contracting Officer.  Therefore, any order signed and dated by the Issuing Agency’s Contracting Officer before Sept. 30th of the current FY or sent in on Sept. 30th  of the current FY, is considered to be the previous year’s order.  For example, if an Contracting Officer’s signed and dated order is placed on Sept. 30, 2024, it would be a FY 2024 order.  The SEWP Program Office is open extended hours during September including up to Midnight ET on Sept. 30th.
