Summit Ballroom 

Our Summit Ballroom can be subdivided into three separate event and meeting spaces, (the Cascade Room, Alpine Room, and Hudson Room) depending on guests' needs for flexible spaces and breakout rooms.  

The Summit Ballroom features over 4350 sq. ft of flexible space, as well as a large 30' x 30' stage, built-in projector, 12' x 14' projection screen, in-house sound & light system, 65” wall-mounted LCD TV,  24" ceilings and natural light. The Summit Ballroom can accommodate up to 360 guests for presentations in a theater-style setup, or up to 260 guests for banquets. Whether you are hosting a large conference, an executive meeting, an elegant wedding reception for several hundred guests, or a professional training session requiring a versatile space, the Summit Ballroom is the ideal choice.  

Cascade Room 

With over 1700 sq. ft. of flexible space as well as a large 30' x 30' stage, built-in projector, 12' x 14' projection screen, In-house sound & light system, 65” LCD TV,  24' ceilings, and natural light, this room is ideal for a variety of events.  From meetings to formal dinners and even wedding ceremonies and receptions, this room and its flexible space can accommodate up to 32 guests in a u-shape set up, 80 guests in a banquet-style set up, or up to 100 guests in theater style.  

Alpine Room 

The Alpine Room is the second-largest event space with over 1560 sq. ft. and features a wall-mounted 65” LCD TV and in-room sound system. From meetings to training sessions, and formal dinners to banquets, the Alpine room is the ideal space for up to 60 guests in a classroom style or up to 64 guests on round tables of 8.  

Hudson Room 

The Hudson Room is ideal for boardroom-style meetings for up to 24 guests. Located on the main level of the Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers, It is easily accessible from the Lobby.  

Glacier Room

With over 1125 sq. ft. of event space including a 16' x 16' stage, a wall-mounted 55" TV, and located close to the Lobby, this room is ideal for a variety of events from executive meetings to formal dinners and banquets.  This room is ideal for u-shape style meetings for up to 20 guests, or up to 48 guests on round tables of 8. This room has also hosted birthday parties, bridal showers, wedding ceremonies, and receptions for up to 74 guests. 

Babine Room

Located on the main level of the Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers, the Babine room with 552 sq. can accommodate up to 14 guests in a u-shape setup. Featuring a 65" wall-mounted LCD TV, It is the perfect space for visual conference calls, presentations, or executive meetings. 

Yellowhead Room

The Yellowhead room offers over 1080 sq. ft. of space, located on the lower level of the Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers. With natural light, this 47' x 23' space is ideal for presentations and training classes ranging from a classroom-style set up for 48 guests to a theater-style set up for 80 guests.  

Driftwood Room 

Across the hall from the Yellowhead room, the Driftwood room can accommodate up to 32 guests in a classroom-style set up or up to 60 guests for a theater-style presentation. This 782 sq. ft. space is located on the lower level of the Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge Smithers.
