Greetings from WebRezPro! We know you’re busy on the home stretch of the high season and hope everything is going well! Here, we’re keeping busy too and would like to let you know about a recent improvement to WebRezPro’s Rate Overrides calendar. We’re also excited to share our latest case study and some tips for improving the guest check-in process. More on all of that below...
SOFTWARE UPDATES
New Rate Overrides Calendar
The rate overrides calendar has always been a quick way to override prices, inventory and length of stay, and to close rates out and now it's even better.

The new version of the Rate Overrides calendar sports a cleaner, more modern design and further speeds up the rate override process. Now, the Rate Overrides calendar takes the user directly to the editable form (without having to select and click on a date as required by the previous version) and changes are automatically saved, turning an originally simple three-step process into an even simpler one-step process.

A search bar has also been added, allowing the user to search and filter by a particular rate.

The new Rate Override calendar is available in WebRezPro version 10.5.26, and can be accessed from the left-hand menu, under “Availability.” Contact us with any questions or to request your free upgrade.

The Lodges at Sunset Village
Comfortable cabins at The Lodges at Sunset Village
The Lodges at Sunset Village is a unique suite-style log cabin retreat on the shore of Deep Creek Lake, Maryland, that welcomes visitors to the mountains year round. With 26 cabin suites, two restaurants and an outdoor amusement park, the property soon found that their existing property management software was holding them back. They needed a more flexible solution that could handle special packages and rates, simplified inventory and booking management, and offered advanced reporting.

The Lodges at Sunset Village implemented WebRezPro last November. Since then, the property has experienced an increase in ADR and occupancy, and reports significant revenue growth.
