Covenant Living of Florida Announces New Sales Director

Plantation, Fla.: Covenant Living of Florida, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community, announces Rachel Eachen as its new Director of Sales. In her role, Eachen will lead the marketing and sales program at the community in helping prospective new residents in exploring their senior living options and lifestyle.

“Having worked in various roles at senior living communities, I have seen firsthand the difference this type of lifestyle makes for older adults,” said Eachen. “I’m looking forward to being part of the Covenant Living of Florida team and working with older adults in making the decision about how our community can meet their needs and support them while providing the best lifestyle possible for their future.”

Eachen comes with more than 13 years of experience in new sales, marketing and continuing care retirement community experience. Prior to joining Covenant Living of Florida, she was a divisional sales specialist for a large senior living organization with communities across the nation.

“Rachel brings a depth of experience in working with older adults and motivating and leading sales teams that will help in continued success for our community,” said Brad Bodie, Covenant Living of Florida executive director. “She has the proven ability to share our story and guide seniors in making choices about their own futures of life at a Covenant Living community.”
