How do you use public transit?
Thank you for participating in the 2020 edition of ETA Transit's annual transit rider survey. This survey is conducted each year to collect thoughts, insights, and gauge interest in a variety of topics related to the use of public transportation.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information as part of this effort, though we will ask for basic demographic questions such as age, race, region, and income to help provide additional context to the answers we receive.
