Position Summary:

Wipfli LLP is looking for an experienced marketing managerto help grow our Technology Consulting services practice. We are looking for candidates in the Chicago, Milwaukee or Minneapolis area.

The Marketing Account Manager oversees strategy, planning, and execution for integrated marketing and communications campaigns that support Wipfli’s Technology Consulting practice. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional — with a strong interest in Technology and experience in professional services marketing and communications — with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization.

  • Works with the Technology Consulting Growth Leader to develop marketing strategies and plans to support the business plans and initiatives of the Technology Consulting practice and the firm. Using the firm-wide tools that have been developed, this individual will determine the most effective approach for planning and executing each unique marketing program or situation. 
  • Facilitate the day-to-day relationship between the assigned interna lclients and the marketing organization. Translate business strategiesandmarket insights into results-focused marketing tactics by proactively proposing ideas,concepts and programs that will contribute to meeting the firm's strategic objectives. 
  • Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing tactics based on thorough analysis and a clear understanding of expected 
  • Work closelywiththemembers of the marketingteam to accomplish PR,demand generation,research and market intelligence needs. 
  • Evaluate the effectivenessofallmarketingprograms.
  • Provide results and feedback toultimately improve overall performance and drive accountability towards agreed upon goals and objectives. 
  • Coordinate within dustry and geography to develop and manage marketing 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support for Wipfli professionals on a day-to-day basis in support ofmarketing initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with industry marketing team members to align technology consulting services with the client needs of those industries. 
  • Work closely with appropriate business development team members to integrate their efforts with the marketing programs. Collaborate strategically with software partners to leverage co-marketing programs in order to meet the goals of the relationship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communication or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role 
  • Must possess initiative,resourcefulness, be accurate persistent and 
  • Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with his/her clients 
  • Uses influence to manage peers and/orindividuals higher in rank and fosters a strong client relationship 
  • Mustbe able to work under pressure,meet deadlines, and coordinate multipleprojects / task simultaneously 
  • Maintains professionalism and a"can-do-attitude"in the execution of all project-related assignments and 
  • Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bringtheir ideas to 
  • Shareslessons learnedand best practices.
