Cora L. Brown, Greensboro tornado victim

GREENSBORO, Alabama -- Cora L. Brown died April 27, 2011, when a tornado struck her Greensboro mobile home. She was 68.

Brown's body was found the day after the storm in a wooded area, between a quarter and a half mile from where the home sat. The body of her husband of 50 years, Gerald Brown, was just 10 feet away. Cora Brown was employed with St. Joseph Mercy hospital in Michigan for a number of years.
