Carroll Dean "CD" and Gerri WallerCarroll Dean "C.D." Waller, 76, of Phil Campbell died at his Smith Road home. He and his wife were killed together in the storm. He had a passion for playing the guitar and piano. Those who knew him said his love of music and family are the greatest testimony of who he was.
