Amy LeClere, 33, of Phil Campbell died at her home on Belva Street. A West Virginia native, LeClere had lived in Phil Campbell for the past 15 years and was a food safety inspector with the USDA. She left behind three children, and her husband also died. Friends said she could light up any room with her infectious laugh and warm smile.
