James Romaine died in the April 27 storms. He was 80.
His body was found on the night of April 27 near Cochran Springs Road in Ohatchee. Romaine was originally was from New York State, and lived in a trailer home just behind the trailer home of his girlfriend, Francis Arvella Jones.
The two of them were in her home when the storm approached. They declined an offer to go to a safer shelter with two young men from the neighborhood.
