Indian Jewelry has been the talk of the year on the fashion front. In-fact Milan and Newyork fashion week showcased lot of Ethnic inspired artificial jewelry and bohemian accessories in their spring summer 2017 collection. This prompted me to fill up my stash with some artificial jewelry, I have been out of touch with information on latest jewelry trends or its shopping since little A’s arrival. So I recently purchased a few jewelry items from an online jewelry store Damselcode! They stock up on really cool Fashion accessories in all styles. So as promised on my insta stories, here is a peek into my haul, my shopping experience, latest jewelry trends of 2017 and some tips to style them. Since I wanted this to be an interesting post, I tried picking one piece each from the recent trends like tribal, elegant, summery and minimalist.

If there is one trend that is going to see the light of Summer 2018, Its Bohemian look! From fringes to fishnets and pompoms to tassels, Bohemian is In Vogue! If you want a Celebrity look, You gotta own one pair elegant Chandelier earrings. Nothing spells glam like a pair of Gemstone Chandelier Danglers. I picked a pair of beautiful chandelier earring in sapphire, turquoise and blue-stone embedded with crystals. The only downer was the stones keep falling off, more on that later in my experience section.

This sleek bar-chain is perfect for your summer crop-tops or bra-lets. You can even style them with your swim-wear or casual tops. Just make sure when it has to be the only piece of jewelry on you, if you want to make a starry statement!
DamselCode Shopping Experience:
The website is pretty user friendly, they have different categories for different styles of jewellery so you can directly head on to the category you are looking for like layering chains or ear-cuffs. They deliver within a week approximately. The quality of the products how ever is not always upto the mark. Amongst my shopping haul, few products were really great quality wise and few of them were totally fragile. The gemstone chandelier earrings for example, the stones keep falling off the earrings and despite having glued at one place, I found that the stones fall from other places which is really sad.
Also as I told you earlier, the tribal spiked neck-lace that I had ordered came broken from one side.

Having said that, the people behind the Brand value customer service and that’s the bright side of this incident. I not only got another neck-piece in exchange of this one (of higher value since this one was out of stock by then) but also was not asked to return this piece. I am thinking I could utilize the earrings atleast 😀 All in all it was a good experience!
