Hotel staff member who leaked THAT Jay Z and Solange CCTV footage has been sacked

It’s entertained us all week but the member of staff who leaked that CCTV footage of Jay Z and Solange’s apparent punch-up in the hotel lift has been sacked.

Video footage showing Solange throwing punches, kicking and screaming at Jay before being held back by a security guard emerged on Monday.

Taken from a lift at The Standard Hotel in New York City, the hotel vowed to prosecute whoever leaked the footage to TMZ.

And now they’ve sacked them.

Speaking to TMZ, a hotel source said they have identified and sacked her person responsible for the leak for ‘breaching the security polices of the hotel and recording the confidential CCTV video.’

The source added that it will hand ‘all available information to criminal authorities.’

Beyonce, Jay Z and Solange have all remained silent since the video footage emerged online.

However yesterday, Bey posted a string of pictures of her and Solange on her Instagram page, seemingly declaring they are as close as ever and have put the video behind them.
