Human Nature
We were thrilled to welcome Sir David Attenborough to aqua shard to host the launch of our beautiful Christmas installation entitled 'Human Nature' designed by Timothy Hatton Architects celebrating Sir David's 90th birthday year.
The installation is comprised of thousands of 3D printed British leaves made from 100% recycled waste plastic. The flowing 9 metre structure hangs from the ceiling of our triple height atrium, depicting the beauty and variety found within our natural world and the importance of preserving this diversity.
The leaves will be sold to raise money for conservation charity Fauna and Flora International. Click here for details of how to buy. We will also be adding a discretionary £1 to every bill until the 5th January along with a special dessert and cocktail, (read on for more details,) which will aid the important work Fauna and Flora does and we thank you in advance for your support.

Human Nature Dessert |

Created by executive chef Dale Osborne, our festive dessert takes inspiration from the fruits and eco systems Fauna & Flora protects and comprises apple compote, chocolate twigs and soil, almond crumble and honey ice cream. Available at lunch and dinner until 5th January, the dessert is £9 and 50% of the sales will go to the charity.

Human Nature Cocktail |

Bar manager Luca Missaglia has created a chilled homemade mulled wine liqueur which is blended with apple, citrus, cinnamon and Diplomatico rum and is garnished with a gold chocolate leaf echoing the installation. The cocktail is £16 and 50% of the sales also go to Fauna and Flora International.

Festive Lunch |

We're firmly approaching Christmas and though your 'to do' list may be nowhere near completion, take some time to catch up with friends, family or colleagues and spread some festive cheer.
Our festive lunch menu is available from now until 23rd December, (Monday to Friday,) priced at £39 for three courses. Start with a Secretts farm salsify salad with duck egg and truffle mayonaise, (pictured,) then try our Rhug Estate Venison, followed by a Dark chocolate fondant with Christmas pudding ice cream and almond crumble.

New Year's Eve |

With panoramic views of London, enjoy the ultimate view of the Mayor of London's fireworks with us and see in 2017 in style. There will be entertainment during dinner with live performances from glamorous swing band The Spinettes and a DJ playing from midnight.
Dinner tickets are £395 and include a sumptuous five course contemporary British menu and half a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Please note tables of two for dinner are now sold out.
