There's just under one week left to apply for this year's SPILL National Platform – applications close at midday on Monday 28 April.

You can find out more information, and how to apply here – and read on to hear about what last year's SPILL Showcase artists, who were selected from the National Platform in 2012, have been up to since.

The SPILL National Platform is a fantastic opportunity for artists and companies at the beginning of their careers to publicly present their work to an audience made up of national and international promoters, artists, and members of the public.

Last year's SPILL Showcase artists were: Elena Molinaro, Jo Hellier, Lucy Hutson, Madeleine Botet de Lacaze, Paul Easterbrook, Ruth Flynn, Rosana Cade, Season Butler, Selina Thompson, and Tim Bromage.

Some upcoming performances from the 2013 Showcase artists include:
23 April, Lucy Hutson – Buzzcut Festival
4 May, Jo Hellier – GIFT, Gateshead 
7-11 May, Rosana Cade – Brighton Fringe with Pink Fringe, Sister and Walking:Holding


The 10 SPILL 2013 Showcase artists have gone on to receive mentoring, grant support, residencies and to present their work at venues and festivals around the world, including:

LIFT 2014
