Esker Kicks Off 2018 User Conference

MIDDLETON, Wis. — April 17, 2018 — Esker a worldwide leader in document process automation solutions and pioneer in cloud computing, today announced the start of its 2018 Esker Americas User Conference (EAUC). Esker’s largest educational and networking event is a two-day gathering for hundreds of order-to-cash (O2C) and purchase-to-pay (P2P) professionals, including breakout sessions, visionary speakers and network-building opportunities. At the conference, Esker will share its vision as a disruptive company and the role Esker’s AI Engine will play in shaping the future of document processing.

The event, which is currently taking place at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club in Madison, Wisconsin, is designed to benefit Esker customers, certified partners and interested prospects alike. With speakers ranging from thought leaders to Esker customers, EAUC 2018 provides an ideal platform to stay on top of the latest macro trends in the document processing automation industry — including how artificial intelligence and machine learning can accelerate the cash-collection cycle.

EAUC 2018 will feature the following influencers and keynote speakers:

  • David Mead of Start With Why: Start with Why

  • Mark Brousseau, managing director of advisory services at IOFM: AP as a profit center and Preparing for the future of payables

  • Lora Cecere, CEO and founder of Supply Chain Insights: Perfecting your order-to-cash performance and Building a customer-centric supply chain

  • Robert Shultz, founding partner of Quote to Cash Solutions: How to streamline the credit management process

In addition to the keynote speakers, Esker has partnered with several industry leaders — such as Rimilia, Taulia, and OnPay Solutions — who will be participating in panels throughout the event. Representatives from Crowley Maritime, Eppendorf, Lincoln Electric, Trek Bicycles, Moen, LifeNet Health and other Esker customers will also be speaking at EAUC 2018.

“Since we started EAUC over a decade ago, the event has evolved to meet the changing needs of the industry, but its purpose has never wavered — to empower professionals with the most actionable strategies for improving their document processes,” said Steve Smith, U.S. chief operating officer at Esker. “With technological advancements like Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), it’s vital for businesses to keep a pulse on the industry by attending events such as EAUC.”

Each year, Esker’s user conference continues to achieve record attendance, with O2C and P2P professionals from a variety of industries, including technology and consulting, chemical, food and beverage, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction and industrial equipment and life sciences.

“We have a great lineup of speakers this year on topics emphasizing collaborative discussions with content teams. EAUC 2018 is sure to be highly impactful for all participants,” Smith added.
