You don't need heavy weights for a great workout. You just need a great workout for the weights you have. That's why I created this 20-minute, fat-shredding routine that you can do with just a pair of 5- or 10-pound dumbbells. The best way to describe it: gut-busting.
How can light loads pack such a serious metabolic punch? They allow you to perform the movements with greater speed and explosive power, which stimulates your fast-twitch muscle fibers and elevates your heart rate through the roof. All of which will leave you drenched with sweat as you torch calories at a torrid rate.
Here's how it works: Follow the directions for each exercise. On exercise 1, you'll work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds, and repeat for 4 minutes as directed. Then you'll rest one minute, before moving on to exercise 2. Repeat this procedure until you've completed all four sets of movements.
