Colorado River
The Colorado River will be released beyond the Morelos Dam on the U.S. Mexico border to reach one of America's largest wetlands, which has been historically dry since the dams construction.
Cleanup of Silver Bow Creek Reaches Final Stretch
Phase 9 of the cleanup of the Superfund Silver Bow Creek site will be completed this month by DEQ. The entire project spans 23 miles and was started in 1999. It is predicted to be completed by early 2015.
