Registration for Women's Self Defense Seminar

STAR is partnering with Baton Rouge Krav Maga to host a one-day Women's Self-Defense Seminar. Krav Maga is focused on creating a hand-to-hand combat method that is based on natural reflexes and body mechanics, making it quick and easy to learn, and not dependent on size or strength, so it can be used effectively by men and women of all ages. In Krav Maga students learn to defend against all variety of attacks and are taught to counter in the quickest and most efficient way.

Attend this seminar and learn techniques to enhance your safety. The seminar will be conducted by Baton Rouge Krav Maga Lead Instructors. Space is limited. Each participant must register separately.
