Color psychology

When designing rooms for my clients, one of my favorite things is to utilize color psychology. I totally geek out on this! Look at this painting for example and what the colors symbolize... Green means balance (and it's easy on your eyes.) Yellow is energizing and stimulates positivity, while blue is great for focus and reducing mental strain. When you add specific colors to a room you help set the mood and create positive feelings.

Just because something is functional, like a bathroom, doesn't mean that you can't make it beautiful. I love adding color and beautiful details like pretty sconces, a framed mirror & flowers to unexpected places. This way my clients are surrounded by beauty in all corners of their home, so they have a beautiful starting point to be at their best.
