A panel of education industry experts will judge all entries on the following criteria:
1. The teacher’s overall level of influence on the entrant;
2. The level of effect specific advice had on entrant;
3. Relevance of the specific advice to the entrant’s job; and
4. The level of innovation/originality/creativity of the written submission.
