In the latest monthly FIFA rankings,Nigeria's position on the log remained unchanged as the country failed to make any significant move from its last standings.
Nigeria is still ranked in 47th position in the overall rankings and 7th in Africa,after polling 626 points.
With the last international friendly games taken into consideration,the 0-0 draw against Mexico on March 5 didn't help Nigeria's course on their quest to climb up the table.
Up until the 2014 FIFA World Cup,Nigeria might not make any move on the table,as there are no more FIFA windows to play international games that brings points.
Surprisingly,the biggest African movers are Egypt who climbed twelve places up on the table.
The Pharoahs are now ranked 26th in the world and the 3rd best team in the continent,amassing points for their victory over Bosnia-Herzegovina and also for the devaluation of their loss to Qatar last year.
Ghana moved up two places to 35th but it was not so for Cameroon who moved down four places to 50th.
Meanwhile the positions of Spain, Germany, Argentina, Portugal and Colombia remained unchanged as they maintained the top five spots.
