Once considered the sport of Kings, polo has become a not-to-be-missed spectacle in the modern social calendar- and not just because of the fashion. Do not underestimate the intensity of seeing horses and riders alike going toe-to-toe in a fast paced, rough and hard sport that requires both skill and tactics and is ultimately a thrilling display of riding ability and fierce competition.

South Australia’s polo season comes to an exciting climax with the annual SALIFE Verco Cup to be held on Saturday 24^th March 2018 from 10am. This highly anticipated event will be held at the Adelaide Polo Club’s brand-new Woodside facility. On the field, quality entertainment will be provided by some of the worlds best international Polo Players, off the field, spectators will enjoy fashion, food and drinks all afternoon. Dress to impress in your most sophisticated Polo look and you may find yourself as part of the ‘Fashions of the Field’ or take the field at half-time and stomp those divots!

After the polo action concludes the after-party will continue from 5pm-late at the grounds. 

There are three ticket types on offer - two offer transport to and from the Adelaide Polo Club. Buses will depart the Saracens Head Hotel on Carrington street at 1030am and return to the pub by approximately 830pm. 

So, gather your friends for a day watching the action unfold, paired with music, food and wine.

Feel like the Queen or King of the castle as the VIP Marquee offers an indulgent food and beverage package all day (this is a fully catered hospitality option).
