Each box of chocolate bars costs $60. This includes both the price of the chocolate and the donation to your local CMN Hospital. We will submit the donation on your behalf. There is also a shipping fee of $1 per box to help offset distribution costs. The chocolate will be delivered to your credit union during the month of March.

Find the Golden Ticket:
One of our chocolate bar cases will hold a special “Golden Ticket”. If your credit union is the recipient of the Golden Ticket, we’ll hold a special celebration at your office. Your local CMN Hospital and a Miracle Child will visit your office to say a special thank you for your support. You’ll be recognized on social media sites, blogs, and more!
