“When you think of ‘sun protection’, what’s the first thing that comes to mind?”

If you asked this question to your patients, would their answer be “sunglasses”?  It’s widely accepted that UV exposure contributes to problems like premature skin aging and even certain types of cancer. But most people are unaware that eyes are just as susceptible to damage from the sun. Education is the first step to ensuring your patient’s eyes stay sun safe:
