Dennis Wong Discusses the Power of a Passionate Team

Dennis Wong, co-founder of YOR Health, faced many challenges growing up as a child of Chinese immigrants. For years, he suffered from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), which made it nearly impossible for him to attend school. Thanks to several mentors, Dennis Wong was able to overcome his challenges and became a highly successful entrepreneur. Today, Wong believes that the right team of supporters is the foundation, not only for a successful company but also for a healthy life.

Q: What is the motto you live by?

Dennis Wong: I truly believe that nothing is possible without the support and synergy of an excellent group of individuals. We all need a support team.

Dennis Wong: Not at all. True success is not achieved by reaching the top alone, but by getting there with people who have always believed in you, trusted in your ability to be a leader, and have stuck with you through thick and thin.

Dennis Wong: Exactly. We support each other and offer advice - just like a family would do. We help each other identify strengths and weaknesses, and lend a hand when one is needed.
