We love the Westchase Le Peep! It is so nicely decorated inside with the trellis on the middle wall, etc. Of course, the food and waitstaff are top notch. Even the manager thanked us for coming in.
That said, it is a shame the lovely atmosphere is not taken more advantage of by using overhead music that is more conducive to a nicer ambience. The annoying commercial Pop Vocal music that is currently played is simply not worthy for this Le Peep! I can get that in my car and every other establishment these days. May I suggest some light, cheerful instrumental (no singing) music? There's plenty of Mediterranean, New Age, and Smooth Jazz music CD's out there that would fit in and elevate the Le Peep experience perfectly. One I can think of to start with would be "The Private Music of Suzanne Ciani".
The mood that a restaurant evokes is a very important part of its business, and I hope my suggestion will be given careful consideration!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

You won't hear a peep from me about this place being as good as others say it is.
I'm not a fan at all of this local chain, which has French food that seems mediocre at best. I just don't like this kind of food, but I've had it at some really great local places like Angie's, which is dirt cheap and really won me over. To come here in future is only going to happeni if someone dragged me here, which is how I ended up at both of the Peep occasions that I've eaten that in the past.
Very overrated, but beloved by the community so 3 stars is okay.
However they've recently closed down and will be missed by many.Helpful 8Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Sep 14, 2019
Accompanied a friend here for brunch. Us 2 plus 3 of her friends. Once we arrived, we were still short 1 so we got coffee while waiting, with the last person arriving no more than 5 minutes later. By this time the waiter is clearly ready for us to order so we asked for coffee. We tell him we need a few more minutes when he comes back, ask for coffee creamer and continue talking/ menu perusing. He comes back, places the small tin of creamer down, picks up the tin not one of us saw that was already on the table and walks away abruptly instead of saying, " o you had/have one right here." We all could tell he was upset. About 5 minutes later, Natalie, our new waiter comes over. "His shift ended" Natalie told us when we inquired where our other waiter went, only seeing him later working in the back. *Side eye*
Mess up your money then boo boo...
We placed our order and waited no more that 15-20 minutes for our food. Granted it was only a few people there. I ordered the Spanish omelette with an English muffin on the side. When Natalie asked me what kind of fruit I wanted, I expected other fruits to be sprinkled in. Nope...I got the strawberries, melon and pineapple I asked for. She brought us napkins that we didn't ask for and got everyone's plate correct, except for the chicken added to my omelette. The great thing was it was still good without it. I would definitely recommend this place. Do your self a service and stop on in...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Service: Sean was my server and he was completely amazing. Very attentive and he deserves the recognition
Food. I got the healthy nut because I'm trying to get my waist snatched. I can honestly say that I'll never get that again. My sister got my usual which is the lumberjack which I love. We substitute the pancakes with French toast which is soo good.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

There are lots of new, trendy breakfast restaurants, so we haven't been to Le Peep in several years. Shame on us.
We were seated promptly (on a Sunday morning), probably the result of all the competition. Our waitress was at our table in seconds to take a coffee, tea, juice order. My wife ordered the Health Club Benedict. Lower fat ingredients without sacrificing taste. I ordered the Wanderer skillet. Mostly, because I had no idea what a basted egg is. Essentially a huge egg white with a runny yolk. With a crispy English muffin, just perfect for soaking up the yolk. The eggs were served on a skillet filled, and I do mean filled, with bacon, tomato & potato covered with cheddar cheese. Let's just say I made it disappear.
FYI, while I've always thought of Le Peep as a place for breakfast. I was way off. The menu has soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Tex-Mex faves. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. My only "negative" was that we were seated next to a large group. I can deal with a little laughter, but one of that gang didn't laugh, she cackled. Often she was the only person at the table of 15 who thought literally everything was funny. She was so annoying. So insensitive to other diners. I really can't fault Le Peep, but I wouldn't have minded if a manager came over to suggest she cackle more softly.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

This place had amazing food and the service was A1. The pancakes were so good they almost melt in your mouth. The mimosas were great as well!

I love coming here for breakfast or brunch. They offer a full menu of breakfast items as well as lunch ones. The restaurant is cute and country style and the staff very friendly. My favorite things to get here are the pancakes or the skillets. My favorite skillet would have to be the country road one. It includes eggs, potatoes, sausage and melted cheese on top and comes with a biscuit. It's so filling and savory.

Delicious breakfast at a great price!
As a newbie to Le Peep, I was thoroughly satisfied with my meal and the service. I'll definitely return for breakfast one day soon. I want to order "The Roost" again for sure.
Price 5/5 - Two eggs, 3 large sausage links, one of the biggest bowls of grits I've ever eaten, and toast for only $10!
Quality 5/5 - Great service and clean surroundings
Taste 5/5 - One of the best breakfasts plates I've had out in a while.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Aug 11, 2019
Le Peep was okay. Nothing exceptional to the food severed at this breakfast diner.... I got a chorizo and egg taco breakfast which was rich. They made it how I wanted which I appreciate. The venue could be improved by a remodeling as it appeared to be stuck in the '90's. The service was great however, as our server was around and got us everything we asked for.
