Attendees are encouraged to make hotel reservations well in advance of that cut-off date as the hotel may sell out of rooms prior to August 12. At this time, the Gaylord Opryland has sold out of rooms for the night of September 14. If you need a reservation for the night of September 14, please contact [email protected] to be placed on a waiting list. If you have a reservation you need to cancel, please contact [email protected] before canceling with the hotel so that we can help cancel your reservation and secure it for another fellow member in need.

registration, you will receive one breakfast voucher and one lunch voucher up to three nights for each night you have a reservation at the Gaylord Opryland Resort. To receive free meals, you must reserve your room in the AFSA room block.

In the past, AFSA members have received calls from hotel reservation companies claiming to be representing AFSA and its convention. AFSA does not have any housing companies associated with its 2016 Convention & Exhibition. Reservations made at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center through a reservation company, such as Global Housing or Exhibitor Services, do NOT qualify for AFSA networking meals. While hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with AFSA or its show and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
