The purpose of this letter is to provide you with the information that you need to consider in deciding whether to participate a research study. The study is being conducted as part of my BSc Psychology degree at the University of East London.
Project Title
What factors influence our decision making?
Project Description
The project aims to find out what variables can affect our choices when we are required to make decisions
Participants will be asked to fill out a brief section on feelings and their religious practices and beliefs
Confidentiality of the Data
The data collected will remain confidential and will not be shared with a third party. It will be stored with the researcher and the supervisor and destroyed after data analysis.
Remuneration
Everyone who completes their participation in the study will be automatically eligible for the prize draw. There is one prize draw of £50.00 which will go to one of the participants who will be selected at random. The winner will thereafter be contacted and arrangements will be made for the prize to be sent to them.

You are not obliged to take part in this study and should not feel coerced. You are free to withdraw at any time. Should you choose to withdraw from the study you may do so without disadvantage to yourself and without any obligation to give a reason.
