Snowpack Monitoring with NRCS!

This week, Brian Domonkos of NRCS trained
Big Sky Watershed Members in snowpack monitoring. The group hiked up to a SNOTEL site in Hyalite Canyon to observe sampling methods. Big Sky Members hope to create teams of community members who will monitor SNOTEL sites for years to come.

Access more information about SNOTEL sites in the state of Montana.
