With Lucas Nogueira getting closer to returning to action what about Atlanta's other 2013 draft pick that is currently competing in the Liga Endesa?

Its been several weeks since we checked in on Mike Muscala who is continuing to put up solid numbers for Rio Natura Monbus and is currently riding a three-game winning streak.

Monbus will carry that three-game winning streak into today's matchup La Bruixa d'Or Manresa.

Muscala has been solid all season long and has been steady and efficient over the current three-game winning streak. He finished with 12 points, six rebounds and three assists in a blow out win over UCAM Murcia and followed that up with a 10 point, eight rebound, three assist performance against Bilbao Basket.

He broke out in an 84-76 win over CB Canarias last weekend with 25 points and eight rebounds. Muscala went 10-14 from the field in the win and was co-MVP of the Liga Endesa for the week.

Muscala continues to lead the league in rebounding as a rookie at 8.1 per game. He's seventh in the league in scoring at 14.3 per game.

The advanced numbers are kind to him as well. Muscala is 10th in the league in PER at 22.12, is fifth in total rebound percentage at 20.52.

He has continued to knock down shots at a high rate shooting 52 percent from the field and 87 percent from the free throw line.

By all measures, Muscala's first season in Spain has been a success. It will be interesting to see how that success translates when he returns for Summer League.
