A 9-year-old boy who was accidentally shot and killed by his 14-year-old brother last week was laid to rest Thursday.The funeral for Jan Marcos Pena was held at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Jamaica Plain.The 14-year-old, who was not named because of his age, was arraigned Monday on delinquency charges of involuntary manslaughter and illegal possession of a firearm related to the shooting death."She lost two children," the Rev. Jack Ahern said of the boys' mother.On Thursday, Jan Marcos was remembered as happy, smart and funny.The 14-year-old told investigators he recently bought the gun fearing gang violence after being "jumped."
