The BoyleSports Irish Derby semi-finals served up the classic mix of surprises and fast times on Saturday and Good News has now shot to the top of the betting on the final.

The major shocks were the elimination of Native Chimes, Tyrur Harold and Kilgraney Ace while the star of the show was the Pat Guilfoyle trained Good News as he scorched to victory in the second heat in 29.49.
