WordPress 3.8 update removed Google Authorship??

    I updated my website / blog yesterday evening to the latest 3.8 version of wordpress platform.

    When looking at my search results today my authorship photo has disappeared out of the SERPs, all pages/posts say by Martin Ward and the “rel=author” Tag is there too.

    I’m pretty confused by this one, anyone know if it can be the update and if so is there a fix??

    I hav noticed the same thing… I updted wordpress to 3.8 last night and I could not see my profile pic when I checke last night, Same issue this morning too..

    I really hope that there is an update to 3.8

    I am also facing the same issue. However, it seems to be happening only for administrators and editors. Authors are fine.

    3 days on and it’s still the same for me, annoying as can be and my website click through rate has taken a massive hit!

    Can’t we roll back the update at all and use 3.7 again?
